The shining shears are back! It’s that time of year again and the Christmas lights are up on Savile Row, all the way from the corner of Clifford Street down to Burlington Gardens. The giant, symbolic golden shears can be seen cutting through a glittering pealight swathe of cloth, with their Savile Row Christmas message twinkling against the winter sky.
